Our skin is the largest organ of the body. It protects us yet sometimes we forget to show it some love. Skin can develop an excessive amount of dead skin cells that need to me sloughed off regularly in order to increase cell turnover. The truth is, most of us just exfoliate and pamper our faces and totally skip over our bodies.
I think it’s safe to say that we all want beautiful and radiant skin all over and not just on our faces, right?. In order to do that we have to nurture it. Developing a routine skincare regimen can really help you get rid of the accumulation of dead skin cells and reveal glowing skin underneath.
WHAT TO EXFOLIATE:
- Scalp (Washing Hair)
- Lips
- Face
- Hands
- Body
- Feet
WHAT TO EXFOLIATE WITH:
- Physical Exfoliants =>DIY face and body scrubs are very easy to make
- Brush =>Dry Brushing before getting into the shower helps with cleaning pores, cellulite, and increased blood flow
- Chemical Exfoliants => Get a little deeper under the skin to dissolve dead skin cells and any dirt and oil that binds those cells to your skin (Great for sensitive skin)
WHEN TO EXFOLIATE:
1.Try to exfoliate at least 2-3 times per week
