Two years ago I decided to make a very bold move. I decided to big chop. YES. BIG CHOP! I didn’t cut my hair because I was unhappy with my relaxed hair. I cut my hair because I wanted to embrace my naturally curly hair.  I knew that this would be a challenge but, overall, I just wanted a more healthy head of hair.

This major change in my life was like going to hair school with lessons in my hair only. I tried so many different hair products until I found out what my hair loved. In the summer months ,when I wear my hair curly, I have to add much more moisture. However, in the winter months,when I wear my hair straight, too much oil and moisturizer weighs my hair down.

One day I was in Wal-Mart and I came across OGX Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Weightless Dry Oil. I had never heard of dry oil but right there in the aisle I pulled out my phone and did some research. I was sold so I purchased. I fell in LOVE! I apply this mainly to the ends of my hair when my hair is feeling a little dry and my hair still has so much movement and best of all its not greasy.
