We have high hopes for 2017! But if 2016 taught us anything it’s that keeping a healthy mind is very important, so let’s carry that into the new year and the rest will fall into place. Here are a few resolutions to keep in mind for 2017 :

Your life, Your lead
One way to start your year off the way YOU want it to go is by creating a mood board of all the accomplishments you’d like to see happen. This can be done many types of ways but the most effective may be to physically create a board with photos and captions and hanging it up on your wall to see everyday as a reminder of your goals.

Live on the edge
Dye your hair that crazy color that you’ve wanted for months. Take that trip you’ve been thinking about. Go out for drinks with that person you’ve had your eye on. Whatever you’re idea of taking that risk is, do it!

Create a comfortable environment
In a way this is contradicting living on the edge but after you’ve gone to the edge it’s nice to go home to your nest. Make the changes at home that will make you comfortable and happy. Maybe it’s some simple redecorating or having fun with moving the furniture around in your room. Feng Shui can lead to a happier energy throughout your home.

This one is self explanatory and important.

Patience & Focus
These are two assets that go hand in hand. Both are powerful enough to benefit all aspects of your life. Practice being patient and being able to focus will come.
