This might sound cliche but your health is what keeps you going. Often times i tend to forget that! It’s usually my mom who reminds that all the cool stuff i think i’m doing can quickly get put on pause if i get sick. Of course moms can be nags sometimes but they usually know best. No matter how old you are they always know how to make you feel better, or one phone call away,
I’m started to realize my immune system isn’t as strong as it should be, and now is the time to start taking vitamins lately to replenish the nutrients it has been deprived of. I don’t have a list of all the vitamins you are to be taking, but i do know both women’s /men’s daily vitamins typically have a small dosage of every vitamin your body needs. You can also take specific vitamins that can fulfill whatever deficiancy you might have.
I also encourage you guys to all get regular check ups. I know some of us can go months without seeing a doctor/dentist, and whatever your reasoning is for not going sucks. I myself is guilty of this, but i’m going to get with program and get on it. I really don’t like going to see the doctor even when i’m sick. I think for me its the amount of time it takes to see the doctor. It’s like you sign in, and wait, and then the nurse calls you in and you wait some more, but i promise its worth it.
Fitness+Diet: is also another important facet to living a long healthy lifestyle. I love just about every food that’s bad for you, but I’m beginning to fall back on consuming foods that aren’t good for me. Not only will it pack on pounds, but it could also make me sick. I noticed a poor diet also effects the condition of my skin, and see retention in my hair and nail growth. Even though our schedules don’t always allow it, a healthy balance meal is also fundamental with regards to good health. My eating patterns have been really poor over the last few years. I usually skip breakfast and sometimes lunch, which means i only eat once a day. I was wondering why i never had energy and i was always tired, and why i was gaining wait instead of loosing it. Most of you know it’s because my body was storing the fat for the simple fact that it didn’t know when i was going to feed it again. This is an example of an unhealthy eating habit. Ya’ll don’t do your body grimey like this. It deserves proper nourishment, and it enables you to do all the things you do daily.
Breakfast should be your heaviest meal, followed by a snack, lunch, another snack, and dinner.
Also try and get some fitness in there.Whether you play a sport or simply enjoy going to the gym i encourgae you all to stay active. Keep your heart rate going, get your strength up, and push yourself to really stay in the gym. This will attribute to your overall functionality. Right now i’m currently seeing a trainer, but i also run on my own, and ride my bike.
